Where are you based?
Chyaca is a fashion brand based in Cairo, Egypt.
Do you have a shop? Where can I find your products?
Chyaca is currently an online shop only. In case we participate in selling evens (ex: bazars or galleries) we will be announcing it on our social media pages and website.
What is the origin of your products?
All our products are designed and manufactured in Egypt by us.
How long does the delivery takes?
Delivery usually takes from 2-3 days inside Cairo and 3-4 days to other cities inside Egypt.
How can I know my size?
Under each product you will find a detailed description of this model’s measurements corresponding to each size. We don’t prefer to recommend size based on bodily weight.
Can I try the items when the courier arrives?
Yes! You are welcomed to try the items ordered while the courier is waiting. Once the courier leaves we can only offer exchange to that item.

What are the payment options?
You can choose to pay COD, Visa or through an Instapay link upon checkout.
Can you provide a real picture for the products?
All the pictures we use are real pictures for our products.
