2. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product details, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device.

  • Prices are listed in EGP and may change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon purchase, and you are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment details.

  • Payments are accepted through Cash on Delivery and Card Payments.

  • We may cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by location.

  • Shipping usually takes 3-4 days inside Cairo, 4-5 days other governorates inside Egypt.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are only possible while the courier awaits during delivery. If the courier leaves only exchange is allowed. 

  • Contact us at returns@chyaca.com for returns. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.

6. Privacy

  • Your personal data is protected in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including images and text, is owned by Chyaca and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damages arising from website use, product issues, or shipping delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
