Shipping Within Egypt

• Delivery Time: Orders placed within Cairo or Alexandria will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days. Other areas within Egypt may take up to 7 days depending on your location.

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
   
• Shipping Areas: We currently offer shipping to most regions within Egypt. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. 

Delayed Deliveries

• While we strive to meet our delivery timeline, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or logistical issues may cause delays.

Undelivered Packages

• If you are unavailable to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to re-deliver or leave a notice for you to arrange pickup.

• If the package remains undelivered due to address issues or repeated delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

Refunds & Exchanges

• You may check your order very quickly while the courier waits (this applies only for orders with 1- 5 items max) and if you’re not satisfied with your order or any item in it, you may return it on the spot & pay shipping fees only. 

• If your order exceeds 5 items or you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Exchanges/ Refunds are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order. (Except discounted items ! Kindly scroll down for non- refundable items)

Non-Refundable Items

• Discounted Items are NOT eligible for refund. Only exchange will be allowed .

Return / Exhange Fees

• Refund: If you are eligible for a refund under our policy, the return shipping fees will be covered by you.

• Exchange: Exhange shipping fees will be covered by you, unless the item is defective or damaged.
