Shipping Within Egypt

• Delivery Time: Orders placed within Cairo or Alexandria will typically be delivered within 2-3 business days. Other areas within Egypt may take up to 7 days depending on your location.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
   
• Shipping Areas: We currently offer shipping to most regions within Egypt. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

Undelivered Packages

• If you are unavailable to receive the package at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to re-deliver or leave a notice for you to arrange pickup.

• If the package remains undelivered due to address issues or repeated delivery attempts, it may be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds & Exchanges

• You may check/ try out your order while the courier waits (this applies only for orders with 1- 5 items max). If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it on the spot & pay shipping fees only. 
  
  
  If your order exceeds 5 items or you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Exchanges/ Refunds are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.
